Inclusion Criteria:
Men and women over 18 years of age will be included; those with persistent shoulder pain for more than 3 months; and those with magnetic resonance imaging showing a partial rotator cuff tear of less than 50% of its thickness
Exclusion Criteria:
Patients with complete or partial rotator cuff tears greater than 50%; lesions secondary to previous trauma or fracture; patients who have undergone previous surgery on the affected shoulder or who have undergone previous shoulder infiltration in the last 6 months; patients with other associated causes of painful shoulder pathology such as osteoarthritis, calcific tendinitis, frozen shoulder; patients with active infections; pregnant women; and patients using immunosuppressants or chronic corticosteroid therapy will be excluded from this study
