Inclusion Criteria:
Women aged 65 or older; diagnosed with hypertension or undergoing pharmacological treatment with antihypertensive drugs; not having participated in regular physical exercise programs in the last three months; presenting a medical certificate attesting to their readiness to perform light to moderate intensity physical exercise. Instructors must have completed courses that included this modality in their curriculum
Exclusion Criteria:
Previous diagnosis of ischemic heart disease; heart failure; moderate to severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; diabetes mellitus with peripheral neuropathy; musculoskeletal conditions that prevent them from exercising or presenting with unhealed wounds
