hearing adults of both genders; aged between 18 and 55 years; professional sign language translators/interpreters; fluent in Brazilian Sign Language (LIBRAS); professional experience as interpreters; LIBRAS teachers; sign language interpreters in higher education; experience with the deaf community; protestant confession; CODA (Child of Deaf Adults), hearing children of deaf parents
individuals younger than 18 years or older than 55 years; individuals not fluent in Brazilian Sign Language (LIBRAS); absence of professional experience as sign language translators/interpreters; absence of experience with the deaf community; individuals who do not agree to participate in the study; presence of cognitive deficits that make it impossible to perform the proposed assessments
