Inclusion Criteria:
Participants of both sexes; aged between 18 and 59 years; with persistent and or recurrent low back pain for at least three months; with clinical characteristics compatible with mechanical low back pain
Exclusion Criteria:
Participants with low back pain of non mechanical origin including oncological inflammatory or rheumatic causes; pregnant women; individuals with a history of spinal surgery; individuals with neurological diseases; participants undergoing concomitant physiotherapeutic treatment for low back pain; and individuals unable to understand study instructions or the consent process
