Inclusion Criteria:
Pregnant women aged 18 years or older, in their third trimester (28 weeks or more); with complaints of low back pain; receiving prenatal care at one of the Family Health Strategies clinics in Diamantino, Mato Grosso; and with the cognitive ability to respond to and understand the interventions
Exclusion Criteria:
Known allergy to elastic bandages, as determined by an allergy test; Skin lesions in the lower back; High-risk pregnancy (as determined by a medical evaluation); Concomitant use of specific treatments for lower back pain
