Inclusion Criteria:
Hospitals within the network of the Federal District State Health Secretariat (SES/DF) that voluntarily joined the implementation project through formal registration and institutional consent were included. The selection of hospitals was carried out by the Implementation Team (IT), based on criteria of acceptability, appropriateness, and feasibility collected using adapted instruments—the Acceptability of Intervention Measure (AIM), Intervention Appropriateness Measure (IAM), and Feasibility of Intervention Measure (FIM)—which were completed by the hospitals at the time of registration. At the individual level, pharmacists affiliated with the participating hospitals were included, who were working in clinical pharmacy services during the study period, were 18 years of age or older, and agreed to participate by signing the Informed Consent Form (ICF)
Exclusion Criteria:
Clinical Pharmacy Units (CPUs) will be excluded from the study if they fail to attend periodic meetings and mentoring sessions without justification, if less than 80% of their staff participates in the educational program offered, or if they repeatedly fail to meet the deadlines for submitting the requested data. Pharmacists who are on leave from their duties during the data collection period or who have left the CPU during the study will also be excluded
